The route to the resort was easily accessible and well-marked, despite our spontaneous arrival during a rainstorm. The attention to detail and exceptional service began from the moment we stepped foot on the property, with the friendly staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room we initially stayed in was not only spacious and meticulously clean but also boasted an incredible indoor/outdoor bathroom that added a touch of luxury to our stay. When our plans unexpectedly extended, we were graciously upgraded to a palatial villa with even more room, showcasing the hotel's flexibility and dedication to guest satisfaction. The resort's amenities, including the pristine pool, delightful restaurant and bar by the poolside, and access to the stunning nearby beach, truly enhanced our experience.
